Founded by Mr. Meghnad Sudhirchandra Shah, a first-generation entrepreneur, Frontline began its journey in the automotive electronics industry in 1989 and diversified into Electronic Manufacturing Services in 2000.

With over 35 years of experience in OEM/ODM electronics and electronic manufacturing technology, Frontline has evolved into a trusted EMS partner serving leading national and international brands. Skilled people behind every precision-built PCBA

Frontline's manufacturing operations are supported by experienced professionals including production managers, engineers, quality professionals, material management teams, skilled operators, maintenance personnel and administrative staff.

The Pune division operates with a workforce strength of approximately 225–250 employees, including around 150–175 skilled operators, with multi-shift manufacturing capability. A dedicated team of 80–100 trained soldering operators is supported by a structured training program, transportation facilities and employee welfare systems.
